Leasing requirements :

To be Chilean over 21 years of age, with valid driver's license and driver's license. Valid until at least 30 days after the end date of the lease.

In the case of foreigners residing in Chile, must be over 21 years old with a Chilean driver's license and Chilean driver's license. Valid until 30 days after the end of the service.

Tourists must present a passport and a foreign or international driver's license, depending on the country of residence, together with the migratory card, with a maximum stay of 3 months in Chile.

To lease vehicles, a bank credit card is required, with available credit starting at $ 700.000.- which increases depending on the model quoted. Retail or commercial cards do not apply for this system. The payment of the lease does not confirm service if the client does not comply with this requirement.

Rates and charges for home delivery and pick up correspond to business day hours. For night and holiday schedules, other charges apply, to be confirmed with the agency. Service subject to availability.

Airport pick up and delivery fee has an additional charge at night. Service subject to availability.

Reservations are held for up to 2 hours after the agreed delivery time. After that time, the vehicle is released for another rental.

Vehicles are insured with a deductible equal to the amount of the credit card endorsement.

Roadside assistance is available for an optional rental fee. If the roadside assistance service is not contracted, any assistance will be at an additional cost.

- Offices only in Santiago.

- Free mileage.

- Fuel is not included.

- The lease must be paid at the time of picking up the vehicle.

The cancellation of a confirmed reservation has a cost, corresponding to 10 % of the total value of the service, with a minimum of $ 15.000.- + VAT, up to 5 days before the request. Cancellations after the fifth day prior to the rental service are not refundable.

Costs associated with the use of intercity highways and roads are not included in our rates. Therefore, any charges generated in the TAG account of the leased vehicle will be charged to the lessee in addition to the value of the lease, including a service charge equivalent to 18%. These charges may be billed even after the end of the lease contract, due to possible delays in invoicing by the concessionaires.
